I lead both virtual and in-person events, including high-stakes, high-visibility events at regional and EMEA-wide levels. My strength lies in keeping my cool and supporting the team while navigating the requirements, stakeholders, and audience expectations in order to execute events that leave a lasting impact. For instance, I managed a three-day event in Cannes for 130 executives, seamlessly handling behind-the-scenes challenges like unexpected weather and hotel issues, while earning feedback that the event was ‘flawlessly’ executed.
